      Source: Nettingale, wp-census of Common Crawl CC-MAIN-2026-39. We used the stored copy of each homepage and sent no requests to the sites. Hosts come from public DNS and network records (2026-10-12). Country borders: Natural Earth. Charts: Apache ECharts.

      Limits: one crawl doesn't contain every site, and only country domains (.de, .fr and so on) are counted, so shares are more reliable than totals. Sites behind a CDN don't show their real host. Method in detail: WordPress in Germany, section 5.
